Success Stories: O-1 Artist Visa Renewal Granted for Comic/Comedian at the Consulate in Guayaquil

Photo by Timothy Dykes on Unsplash. The O-1 nonimmigrant visa is for individuals who possess extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, or who has a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry and has been recognized nationally or internationally for those achievements.

We recently received an approval for an O-1B Extraordinary Ability in the Arts renewal petition for a Comic/Comedian for the full three years. The beneficiary is an Ecuadorian national and applied for a visa at the U.S. Consulate in Guayaquil with a petitioning U.S. entity. Congratulations to our clients!

Please note that at this time, visa appointments at consular posts remain limited. You must be able to demonstrate an urgent business purpose to successfully request an expedited appointment, if necessary.
